Vatican City (Fides Service) - The Holy Father, Pope John Paul II on 4 March 2005 accepted the renunciation of the pastoral government of the diocese of Phan Thiet (Vietnam) presented by Bishop Nor Nicolas Huynh Van Nghi who is succeeded by Bishop Paul Nguyen Thanh Hoan, Coadjutor of the same diocese.
