Rome (Fides Service) - To mark the 150th anniversary of the proclamation of the dogma of the Immaculate Conception and the 4th centenary of the birth of Father Ippolito Marracci, Marian theologian and author, the Order of the Mother of God and the Italian Inter-Disciplinary Mariological Association are presenting a new edition of Marracci’s “Biblioteca Mariana” published for the first time in 1648. Archbishop Angelo Amato Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and Father Stefano De Fiores, Docent in Mariology will be among those taking part in the presentation of the new edition, on Saturday 19 February, at 5pm at Sala Baldini, piazza Campitelli 9 in Rome.
