Beijing (Fides Service) - According to local church sources in Beijing more than 50,000 Catholics attended Midnight Mass in one of the many Catholic churches in the capital; an estimated 11,500 attended Christmas Day Masses in the city; about 160 foreign residents attended Masses in English on Christmas Day and more than 400 Korean speaking Catholics attended Masses in their language.
