Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) – Of the 20 new Cardinals (of whom 5 Archbishops and Bishops Emeritus) who will be appointed by Pope Francis in the consistory to be held on 14 February, 6 are ordinary Archbishops and Bishops of the dioceses entrusted to the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples and 1 Bishop emeritus of Xai-Xai (Mozambique), His Exc. Mgr. Júlio Duarte Langa. The Cardinal appointees are: Mgr. John Atcherley Dew, Archbishop of Wellington (New Zealand); Mgr. Pierre Nguyên Văn Nhon, Archbishop of Hà Nôi (Vietnam); Mgr. Charles Maung Bo, S.D.B., Archbishop of Yangon (Myanmar); Mgr. Francis Xavier Kriengsak Kovithavanij, Archbishop of Bangkok (Thailand); Mgr.
