Buenos Aires (Agenzia Fides) - There will be about 2,000 headmasters and secondary school teachers who will gather on November 5 to participate in the XII Education Forum whose theme will be "To educate: a passion which is renewed". The Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Cardinal Mario Aurelio Poles’ report will open the Forum. There will be speeches held by the President of the National Academy of Education, Pedro Luis Barcia, and the Director of the Public policy Study Centre, Gustavo IAIS. Conferences will also be held simultaneously on eleven current educational issues.
Organized by the Archdiocese of Buenos Aires through the "Vicaría de Educación", the Forum will see the participation of secondary school teachers who teach: maths, languages and literature, social and natural sciences, physical education, art education, languages, computer science, religious education, physics, psychology and communication. The Forum has become a traditional event, which offers free training and refresher courses for teachers. (SL) (Agenzia Fides 04/11/2014)
