Wednesday, 24 September 2014

Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - At the end of today's general audience, the Holy Father launched the following appeal: "My thoughts now go to those countries in Africa that are suffering because of the outbreak of ebola. My closeness goes to the many people affected by this terrible disease. I invite you to pray for them and for those who have lost their lives so tragically. I hope that the necessary help on behalf of the international community to alleviate the sufferings of our brothers and sisters continues. I commend all our sick brothers and sisters to the intercession of Our Lady". (SL) (Agenzia Fides 24/09/2014)
