AFRICA/ZAMBIA - Appointment of the Rector of the "Emmaus Spirituality Centre" interdiocesan preparatory Seminary in Lusaka

Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - On January 10, 2014 Cardinal Fernando Filoni, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, appointed rev. Fr. Shoba Nyanbe, of the Society of the Priests of Saint Sulpice (PSS) as Rector of the "Emmaus Spirituality Centre" interdiocesan preparatory Seminary in the Archdiocese of Lusaka (Zambia).
The new Rector was born on July 31, 1973 and was ordained a priest on 28 June 2003, incardinated in the Diocese of Monze. Since his ordination he served in a parish, he carried out his Sulpician formation studies in the United States and studied liturgy in Ireland. Since 2013 he has been Acting Rector of the Emmaus Spiritual Centre. (SL) (Agenzia Fides 24/04/2014)
