Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - The Holy Father Benedict XVI appointed Cardinal Paul Poupard, President Emeritus of the Pontifical Council for Culture, his Special Envoy for the closing celebrations of the jubilee year dedicated to the Venerable Servant of God Pauline Jaricot and in the 150th anniversary of her death and the 50th anniversary of the decree of heroic virtues, to be held in Lyon (France) on January 9, 2013.
