Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - The Holy Father Benedict XVI on April 28, 2012 accepted the resignation from the pastoral governance of the Diocese of Gweru in Zimbabwe by Bishop Martin Munyanyi, in accordance with canon. 401 § 2 of the Code of Canon Law and appointed His Exc. Mgr. Michael Dixon Bhasera, Bishop of Masvingo as Apostolic Administrator for the vacant et nutum Sanctae Sedis of the Diocese of Gweru. (SL) (Agenzia Fides 02/05/2012)
