Tripoli (Agenzia Fides) - "Libya has changed, there are other colors, there is even greater peace of mind" says His Exc. Mgr.Giovanni Innocenzo Martinelli to Fides, Apostolic Vicar of Tripoli, who returned to the Libyan capital yesterday, September 15, after a period of medical treatment in Italy. "For the moment I can only speak for Tripoli, because I do not know what is happening in the rest of the country" says Mgr.Martinelli. "But my first impression is positive: there is an atmosphere of tranquility and peace", concludes the Apostolic Vicar of Tripoli. (L.M.) (Agenzia Fides 16/09/2011)
