Vatican City (Fides Service) - The Holy Father, Pope John Paul II has, 16 June 2004, accepted the resignation of the pastoral government of the diocese of Larantuka (Indonesia), presented by Bishop Darius Nggawa, S.V.D., in conformity with the Code of Canon Law, can. 401 § 1. Bishop Nggawa is succeeded by Bishop Franciscus Kopong Kung, Coadjutor of the same diocese. (S.L.) (Agenzia Fides 16/6/2004; Righe 4; Parole 61)
