Roma (Agenzia Fides) - “Let us welcome Jesus into the world!” is the title of a Christmas Novena prepared by the national office of the Pontifical Society for Missionary Childhood in Italy. From 16 December a daily information sheet will help boys and girls pray in preparation for Christmas. Gospel passages, stories of Christmas in mission territories, concrete commitment to propose to families and a prayer intention, to help children on the path day by day towards the Light. Living the Novena of Christmas is another way of feeling united with Missionary Children all over Italy and the rest of the world. The POIM Novena is available at Diocesan Mission Centres. (S.L.)
