Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - From 7 to 9 September the Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI will make an apostolic visit to Austria on the occasion of the 850th anniversary of the foundation of the Marian Shrine of Mariazell. Tomorrow, 4 September, Fides will present a Dossier on the Shrine. The Dossier prepared in German by Fr. Burkhard Feuerstein FSO, traces the history of the miraculous statue of the Mother and Child and the famous much visited Shrine, dear to the hearts of central European Catholics.
